SyQADA Quick-start Guide: Your Cicero for a Tour of the Inferno

I don’t think there is a way to explain how to manage a bioinformatics workflow in three easy steps. The best I can do is suggest that you complete the Installation and then try out the basic tutorial to get a feel for how SyQADA works, like this:

>>> syqada tutorial

When you are comfortable with what’s going on, do this:

>>> syqada begin

(see syqada begin)

to see a list of provided workflows and their descriptions. Thereafter,

>>> syqada manual --help

(see syqada manual)

will show you choose from a list of man pages to open in your browser.
